Do the products online look accurate?

We try to optimise the accuracy of all product images and colours featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.

What currency can I pay?

You can pay in Euro, USD for international orders and Romanian Lei for intern orders.

If you pay by debit card or Paypal, Noire-Swimwear will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site.

If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, tough your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

It is safe to use my credit card at Noire-Swimwear online store?

Your personal online security is important to us. We use SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our system.

My payment has been declined. What Should I do?

Please review the following in your order submission, ensuring the it is entered correctly.

Your credit card billing address.

On The credit card number, expiry date and CCV( 3 digit number in the back).

If the above is correct, and your payment is still declined please contact your card issuer and check with them.

If if you have checked all the above, perhaps try paying with another card, use Paypal or Bank transfer.

The price has changed since a ordered? Can I get the refund?

As an online business our price change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.


How do I know my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information to track your order.

You can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide are suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Please note that most of the times you will receive an email or a text message from ours carriers to announce you delivery time.

If you're not in when a delivery is attempted, the carrier Will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your package.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For intern orders(Romania) it takes up to 3 business days.

For international orders delivery will normally take maximum 14 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We will keep you updated with tracking info and an estimated delivery time.

Can I return the swimsuits/bikinis?

Yes, you can return the swimsuits/ bikinis in the original selling condition with all tags attached and the protective adhesive strip intact, ready to be sold as new.

Please note the swimwear must be tried on over your own garments. We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed or damaged in any way.

Please ensure yo avoid getting make-up, deodorant, tanning cream or other similar stains on to items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and return to the client without any exception.

I received a defective/ faulty item.

Although we strive to produce top quality products, it does happen that a defect/ fault may get through our quality Control process.

As soon as you discover a defect/ fault, please contact our customer service straight away with your order number/name , the faulty's items name and a description of the defect/ fault.

We work to correct the problem as soon as possible.

I received and incorrect item in my order.

We sincerely apologise if there was a mixup, we want to sort out any issues with incorrect items right away for you.
