Returns & Refunds

We try to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of delivery, provided that the return conditions specified below are met.

Starting 15 th of June 2020, the customer will pay 20 Ron for any returs or exchanges in Romania. 

Starting 26th of February 2020, the international customers will pay 20 Euro tax for returns & exchanges.

Please follow the next steps for international returns/exchanges:

1. Carefully fold the items with all tags attached.

2. Pack using the original box and seal securely.

3. Attach the return shipping label that you received in your box.

4. Book the courier by calling DHL from your area.

Returns & Exchanges Conditions

1. Items must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, soiled or have any make-up marks.

2. Items must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact, unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.



How to Exchange an Item

1. Log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order and item(s) you wish to exchange

2. Please fill the return form and select the ‘Resolution Type’

3. Choose the product you want to change with

4. If you don’t find the product, please contact us via e-mail/ phone so we can exchange with the item you want. Our Customer Care team will be pleased to assist you with finding an alternative.



Refunds Procedure

1. Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

2. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label, or you can check the status in My Account under ‘Orders & Returns’.

3. Returns are processed within 5 days, but usually a lot quicker.

4. If you chose the ‘Cash on Delivery’ method (only in Romania), please fill in your Bank Account details( IBAN) so we can proceed the payment. We do not accept returnes with ‘cash on delivery’ payment without checking the package/items.
