Returns & Refunds

We try to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that the return conditions specified below are met.

Please follow the next stepts for returns/exchange:

1. Log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order and item(s) you wish to return

2. Please fill in the return form

3. Carefully fold the items with all tags attached

4. Pack using the original packing and box. Seal securely and attach the return shipping label that came with your order to the box exterior.

5. Book the courier by confirming your pick up address and a convenient collection time



Returns & Exchanges Conditions

1. Items must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

2. Items must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact, unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.



How to Exchange an Item

1. Log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order and item(s) you wish to exchange

2. Please fill the return form and select the ‘Resolution Type’

3. Choose the product you want to change with

4. If you don’t find the product, please contact us via e-mail/ phone so we can exchange with the item you want. Our Customer Care team will be pleased to assist you with finding an alternative.



Refunds Procedure

1. Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

2. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label, or you can check the status in My Account under ‘Orders & Returns’.

3. Returns are processed within 5 days, but usually a lot quicker.

4. If you chose the ‘Cash on Delivery’ method (only in Romania), please fill in your Bank Account details( IBAN) so we can proceed the payment. We do not accept returnes with ‘cash on delivery’ payment without checking the package/items.
